The Bryan SystemSM: GSA Systems AnalysisSM

Under the Federal Sentencing Guidelines for Organizations, companies are required to have a process in place for evaluating the effectiveness of the company's GSA Schedule compliance program. Fedlinx provides this process through its GSA Systems AnalysisSM, a review of the six systems and 67 components that must be observed in order to comply with GSA rules and regulations. Our team of GSA compliance experts will review your company's GSA Schedule program by analyzing company processes and procedures and by conducting a review of GSA program documents. Fedlinx specifically reviews a company's program to verify that the six systems necessary for a compliant GSA Schedules program are in place, checking that all 67 requirements of the six systems are being observed. Upon completion of the GSA Systems AnalysisSM, Fedlinx provides a Recommendations Report summarizing those processes and procedures that are aligned with industry best practices and those that are misaligned with industry best practices. We also provide a Systems Realignment Plan for tracking progress toward realignment of processes and procedures with industry best practices.
