Our work with the NCBA Young Lawyers Division culminated in the publication of the report, Staying Power: Work-Life Balance Initiatives for Retaining Young Lawyers, which was authored by Dr. Bryan, President & General Counsel of Fedlinx. Due in part to the publication and dissemination of this report, the NCBA Young Lawyers Division was recognized for excellent performance in 2004-2005 by the ABA Young Lawyers Division, and received the ABA's First Place Comprehensive Award, their highest honor.
